Objectives include achieving production goals, optimizing donor retention, ensuring regulatory adherence, and fostering a safe, efficient environment. Responsibilities encompass managing daily activities, analyzing performance data, leading audit and safety processes, and directing HR and marketing efforts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of professional experience, minimum of 2 years in a management role overseeing staff, knowledge of industry regulations, and proficiency in English.
