Center Manager

Role: Center Manager responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a donation center. Responsibilities: manage daily operations, meet production goals, monitor yields, enhance donor retention, enforce SOPs and regulations, lead financial activities including budgeting and cash reporting, address quality concerns, support audit readiness, ensure health and safety compliance, handle HR functions, oversee local marketing, and represent the center externally. Key deliverables include reducing waste, improving digital capabilities, fostering a positive environment, and maintaining safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years), at least 2 years in management overseeing teams, knowledge of industry regulations, and proficiency in English. High-value specifics: management of a donation center, focus on donor flow and retention, compliance with federal/state regulations, health and safety (OSHA), and quality assurance; physical requirements include mobility and ability to lift up to 25 lbs; travel up to 10%.
