Center Manager

Role: Center Manager responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of a donation center, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality standards. Responsibilities: manage daily operations, improve donor retention and flow, lead financial activities including budgeting and cash handling, analyze performance data for continuous improvement, support audit readiness, enforce health and safety policies, lead HR functions, and represent the center externally. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of combined education and experience; minimum 2 years in a management role overseeing staff; knowledge of industry regulations and compliance; proficiency in English. High-Value: management of biological donation operations, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety protocols, and community engagement. WorkSetup: on-site with some travel (~10%) to support operational and outreach activities.
