Center Manager

Role: Center Manager responsible for overseeing operations, compliance, and continuous improvement within a biological collection or donation center. Responsibilities: manage daily operations to meet production and yield goals, analyze donor flow and retention, ensure adherence to SOPs and regulations, lead financial planning and reporting, address quality issues, support audits, enforce HSE policies, oversee HR functions including recruitment and training, and manage local marketing and community relations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of combined education and work experience; minimum 2 years in a management role overseeing teams. Skills: knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and safety protocols; proficiency in English; ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand/walk extensively, and work in environments with potential exposure to hazardous materials. Preferred: management experience in a biological donation or collection setting. High-Value: operational excellence, compliance, donor experience, safety, and continuous process improvement within a biopharma or biological collection context. WorkSetup: On-site, with occasional overnight travel (~10%).
