Cell Therapy Marketplace Director (MPD) - Mountain West Region

Role: Regional Marketplace Director responsible for driving business performance and patient access for Kite's CAR-T therapies in specified territories (preferably Denver, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City). Objectives include demand generation, account engagement, strategic planning, and market expansion. Responsibilities encompass developing and executing territory strategies, building key stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, managing demand and market access, and supporting ATC expansion. The role requires leading through influence in a matrix environment, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications include a PhD with 8+ years, a Master’s with 10+ years, or a Bachelor’s with 12+ years of experience in pharma or biotech, ideally with hematology/oncology expertise and leadership background. Preferred skills include strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and compliance knowledge. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with medical, market access, marketing, and logistics teams, and may require travel within the region. The role emphasizes leadership in a complex, innovative biopharma setting focused on cellular therapies for cancer.
