Responsibilities include designing scientific panels, managing academic and industry collaborations, overseeing external congress participation, building stakeholder relationships, supporting externally sponsored research proposals, and translating external insights into portfolio strategies. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations, with a focus on strategic influence and operational execution. Qualifications: PhD, MD, or advanced degree in Life Sciences with 15+ yearsโ€™ experience in scientific strategy, stakeholder engagement, or evidence generation; strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in scientific engagement platforms; willingness to travel. High-Value: Cell therapy modalities, early to late-stage development, hematology, autoimmune, neurology, and rare diseases; external scientific panels, investigator-initiated trials, congress strategy, stakeholder management, regulatory awareness. Work setup: Primarily-office based with travel as needed.
