Role Overview:
- Provide clinical education for Legend Biotech brands focused on disease-state and PI-based education to non-physician patient care teams (PCTs) (e.g., nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, NPs, PAs) to drive positive patient experiences.
- Serve as strategic education leader across oncology accounts in a defined geography; analyze account dynamics to create strategic educational plans.
- Determine best ways to engage customers; monitor market educational needs/clinical trends; compliantly collaborate with internal/external partners.
- Support patient education requests from advocacy groups; conduct all activities per regulatory/healthcare compliance guidelines and CTCE Rules of Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build/manage relationships with PCTs and develop/manage territory plan (Philadelphia, PA).
- Educate PCTs on disease state awareness and appropriate patient identification.
- Educate on product clinical profile (benefits and administration requirements).
- Deliver education (1:1, round tables, formal presentations) to PCTs and patients at advocacy meetings.
- Teach infusion process to external stakeholders; translate clinical topics for diverse audiences.
- Document interactions/insights; attend and present at meetings; provide exhibit support and team education participation.
- Support performance/development plans; perform administrative/compliance tasks; support sales training initiatives and collaborate across internal functions.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in a health science field (RN/NP/PA, etc.); advanced degree considered.
- Minimum 10 years nursing experience or 5 years oncology experience.
- Immune effector cell therapy/bone marrow transplant clinical practice experience (if no prior in-house industry experience).
- ONS membership; prior in-house industry sales or clinical educator experience.
- Experience with Multiple Myeloma.
- Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills; strong in-person and virtual presentation.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; travel ~75%; proficient Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
