Position: Cell Therapy Account Manager (Field based, covering Raleigh/Durham). Reports to: Area Business Manager, U.S. Cell Therapy National Account Management.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts to achieve commercial objectives for cellular therapy launches.
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate deployment of resources to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless, differentiated experience.
- Serve as main point of contact for designated accounts; collaborate cross-functionally to create a streamlined interface between stakeholders and field colleagues.
- Navigate complex account environments, identify stakeholder needs/issues, and drive solutions.
- Support referral of appropriate patients to treatment centers.
- Maintain and continuously develop disease and product knowledge.
- Gather customer insights and provide timely feedback on trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities.
- Drive within assigned territory (automobile; travel may be needed).

Qualifications (Required):
- 7+ years sales/marketing/commercial experience; 5+ years Hematology/Oncology.
- Key account management in large/complex accounts; identify influential stakeholders.
- Customer service oriented (quick, reliable, strong follow-up).
- Partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams; technical expertise and business acumen.
- Strong analytical/consulting/business planning skills; excellent written/verbal communication.
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines.
- Independent work and travel (up to 50%); valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Hospital sales; academic/community setting.
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience.
