Overview:
- Drive Amtagvi demand by building a referral network between community practices and academic centers; enable early patient identification and streamline referral pathways; collaborate with internal teams to enhance scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at targeted ATCs; liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
- Primary commercial point of contact for the Iovance iPOD at authorized treatment centers offering commercial Amtagvi; commercial lead for onboarding a new TIL service line.
- Educate site personnel on clinical/product information; provide expertise on Iovance products and processes.
- Collaborate with ATC Operations on cell therapy logistics/processes.
- Build relationships with clinical thought leaders and Amtagvi prescribers to influence uptake.
- Maintain disease/product/competitive landscape knowledge; attend regional/national meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Market Access, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Medical, etc.) to support patient identification, infusion, and clinical care.
- Provide timely feedback to management on account trends and opportunities; develop strategic account plans.
- Maintain compliance with US/global healthcare laws and regulations.
Required:
- 8–12 years related experience with a bachelor’s; or 6 years with a master’s; or PhD with 3 years; or equivalent oncology/cell therapy/rare disease experience (department review).
- Oncology/cell therapy or rare disease experience.
- Deep oncology/immunotherapy market knowledge including reimbursement/policy.
- Experience with complex delivery/logistics and regulatory/compliance requirements (e.g., GMP, quality systems).
- Ability to coach/alignment with internal and field partners; data analytics for uptake strategy; initiative and urgency.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- MBA/related graduate degree; new product launch experience; oncology care, new launches, and cell therapy experience.
