Overview
- Drive Amtagvi demand by building referrals between community practices and academic centers; enable early patient identification; streamline referral pathways; and collaborate to improve scientific and operational excellence in cell therapy account management.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Drive Amtagvi demand and pull-through at targeted ATCs; act as liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as primary commercial point of contact for the Iovance iPOD at authorized treatment centers; lead development/onboarding of a new TIL service line at target ATCs.
- Educate site personnel on Amtagvi clinical/product information; provide product/process expertise to service line stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ATC Operations to align cell therapy logistics, processes, and operations.
- Build relationships with key clinical thought leaders and prescribers to influence Amtagvi uptake.
- Maintain disease state, product (Amtagvi), and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Support and attend regional/national professional meetings; facilitate engagement with thought leaders/prescribers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Medical, etc.) to support patient identification, infusion, and clinical care.
- Provide timely feedback to management on account/business trends and opportunities.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop/implement strategic account plans.
- Ensure compliance with US/global healthcare laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel: 50%
Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- 8–12 years related experience with a bachelor’s; or 6 years with a master’s; or PhD with 3 years; or equivalent oncology/cell therapy/rare disease experience.
- Oncology/cell therapy or rare disease experience.
- Deep market knowledge of oncology/immunotherapy, including reimbursement/policy landscape across academic hospitals and community practices.
- Experience with complex delivery systems (logistics; regulatory/compliance such as GMP/quality systems).
- Ability to coach and align field and cross-functional partners.
- Data analytics skills to optimize Amtagvi uptake strategy.
- Initiative, urgency, and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- MBA or related graduate degree.
- New product launch experience.
- Experience in oncology care, new product launches, and cell therapy.
