Role: Principal Research Associate supporting discovery and optimization of Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) through advanced in vitro cellular models and cell-based assays. Responsibilities: establish and optimize 2D/3D cellular models, execute automated assays, utilize imaging, flow cytometry, and protein/molecular techniques to study receptor biology, delivery, and immunological responses; troubleshoot and improve assay workflows; collaborate with cross-functional teams; prepare experimental summaries and communicate findings. Requirements: Master's or Bachelor's in biological sciences with 2+ or 5+ years relevant experience; hands-on expertise in cell culture, cell-based assays, imaging, flow cytometry, and automation (e.g., Hamilton); knowledge of receptor biology, intracellular trafficking, LNP formulation, or primary human epithelial cell culture; ability to improve assay performance and workflows; strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred: experience with high throughput screening, IND-enabling studies, data visualization, structured data documentation (e.g., Benchling). High-Value: focus on delivery biology, cell culture models, automation workflows, and translational research relevant to biopharma. Work setup: on-site five days/week with ad hoc flexibility.
