Key Responsibilities:
- Own reporting and analytics related to the patient funnel (enrollments, initiations, adherence, time-to-fill, treatment status, engagement, and drop-off points).
- Deliver clear, timely, and actionable insights to Brand POD to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses for complex patient access and reimbursement questions.
- Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and clarity of communication across all reporting outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional analytics teams to align on KPIs and deliver a cohesive “story behind the data.”
- Collaborate with Market Access analytics to assess payer coverage, reimbursement trends, and access barriers.
- Provide a comprehensive view of the patient journey to optimize access, adherence, and patient experience.
- Manage and integrate multiple data sources (e.g., hub services, specialty pharmacy, claims, and internal data systems).
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree and 2 years of market research/analytics experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of market research/analytics experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of market research/analytics experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 10 years of market research/analytics experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for querying and data analysis.
- Visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with pharma datasets (sales, claims, hub, EMR, and patient-level data).
- Strong attention to detail; commitment to data accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to tailor insights for senior leadership.
