Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, with 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or category management; proven contract negotiation and supplier performance management skills; strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities. Preferred: experience in categories relevant to healthcare infrastructure, leadership and influencing skills, Lean/Six Sigma certification, proficiency with sourcing tools, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
