Role: Develop and execute global sourcing and procurement strategies for Infrastructure Category (~$10M spend) at GE Healthcare. Objectives: optimize supplier contracts, drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and support sustainability. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional collaboration with IT and business units, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, conduct market analysis, and monitor category performance; support supplier transitions and audits; ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and internal policies; mentor team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain; 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or category management; proven contract negotiation skills; strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities; experience in a global, matrixed organization.
