Role Overview
Performing in a fast-paced environment, BCMA Commercial Financial Analyst will support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities and collaborate closely with business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and key drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Partner with business units and senior management to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
- Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Support month-end close activities with the accounting team as requested.
- Assist with documentation and internal audits to support controls and compliance.
- Complete other analytical and reporting tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Mathematical/Analytical progression certification/qualification.
- 3β5 years progressive finance or accounting experience.
- FP&A or business partnering experience in a matrix environment.
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis; advanced Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills; clear communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of business/financial drivers and financial statement analysis.
- Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and project management.
- Proficient with financial software and ERP systems.
