Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand and patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers virtually or in person.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience (last 5 years) in specialty/complex sales (pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar: medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B), with strong account/key-customer selling; Associate level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytic problem-solving and strong ethical/compliance leadership.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP calling.
Training:
- Complete initial training/home study (β€8 hrs/day, β€40 hrs/week) for field roles.
Compensation/Benefits (US):
