Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory/field/home-office teams to provide access support and address customer needs.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Analyze territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and engage customers virtually or in person.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems and coordinate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel approaches to personalize outreach and engage virtually and face-to-face.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex) industry experience with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years; equivalent complex sales environments welcome.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ethical, compliant conduct.
- Reside within the territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Leveling Guidelines:
- Associate: 4+ years military leadership or limited sales experience.
- Territory: 2+ years relevant specialty/complex sales experience in last 5 years.
- Senior: 5+ years relevant experience.
- Executive: 10+ years relevant experience.

Driving is essential (unrestricted valid driverโ€™s license required).
