Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities; drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data to uncover local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead virtual/in-person engagements.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex cross-functional challenges.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed teams (within last 5 years); Associate level may apply with limited prior sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical, compliant leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license (driving essential).
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Training:
- Successful completion of initial training/home study (≤8 hrs/day, ≤40 hrs/week) for field roles.

- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity (by level).
