Role Responsibilities:
- Drives sales in assigned territory
- Engages with customers both face to face and virtually
- Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies
- Builds rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments; uses digital tools effectively to maintain engagement
- Leverages internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities
- Uses product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions; uses approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources, as applicable
- Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives
- Completes all administrative expectations on time and compliantly
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years experience; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years experience; OR High school diploma/equivalent with 6+ years relevant experience
- Professional Sales or Promotional Activity
- Small Business Owner/entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management
- Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
- Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)
- Full-time Military experience
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical-related marketing
- Track record of sales/marketing success; territory management; communications; teamwork, leadership, accountability
- Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products
- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations)
- Reside within the territory boundaries
Required/Work Conditions:
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory
- May be required to stay overnight as necessary

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $76,000–$199,600
- During initial new hire sales training: salary non-exempt (overtime eligible); upon certification: overtime exempt
- Additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus
