As a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (field-based sales), you will drive patient impact by serving as the primary contact for customers within the assigned territory.
Territory Assignment: Waco, TX. Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific roles).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Use digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; work well independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Waco, TX area; must live within 50 miles.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales, account management, consultative, or customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Experience analyzing metrics; launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
Salary Range:
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00; S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00.
