Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with diverse health care customers.
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customers with key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Territory/Travel
- Field-based sales role covering Springfield, MO.
- Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time (travel needs vary).

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or at least 6 years relevant experience (as above).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Organizational/time management; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Springfield, MO area; must reside within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and clearly convey technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning/agile growth mindset.

Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated)
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
