Position: Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (field-based sales)
Territory: Southern GA. Travel/overnight travel as needed (about 25%). Must reside within 50 miles of territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions to align customer needs with products per labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military/healthcare or scientific fields such as pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to market changes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong organization/time management.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Demonstrated ability to build/maintain customer relationships.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics and at least 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Advanced analytics, multi-channel tools/technology, proactive/learning mindset.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200β$124,700; S2 $106,200β$167,200.
