Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals per product labeling.
- Provide key customer insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact.

Qualifications (Minimum):
- S1: BA/BS (or equivalent) OR high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (professional sales/marketing, military, healthcare/scientific fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS OR high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience OR at least 6 years relevant experience (as above).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding/addressing needs.
- Reside in Southern GA; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred:
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launch experience.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits:
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Compensation (salary range):
- S1: $79,200–$124,700; S2: $106,200–$167,200.

Territory/Travel:
- Field-based sales covering Southern GA; overnight travel may be required about 25%.
