Position Overview
- Field-based sales role covering the Pittsburgh, PA territory; overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials and stay current on professional/healthcare environment knowledge.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver key insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (sales/marketing/military or healthcare/scientific fields such as pharma, biotech, or medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS, or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market/customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Reside in Pittsburgh, PA area; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales/account management/consultative or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Product launch and competitive market success.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
