Territory Assignment & Overview
- Field-based sales role covering Oregon South (Medford, Rosenberg, Canyonville, Springfield, Eugene).
- Travel ~25% (overnight may be required) to support client meetings and ensure territory coverage.
- Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals across physician offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Be knowledgeable on approved HQ information regarding products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools to drive effective planning and sales impact.

Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or high school equivalent with (S1) 0–3 years or (S2) 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience) in sales/marketing/military or healthcare/scientific fields (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Live in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Experience & Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative/customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; 3+ years relevant sales.
- Cardiovascular sales with relationships with cardiologists/endocrinologists.
- Product launch experience; simplify complex information; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools; proactive learning and agile mindset.

Required Skills
- Account management, customer needs assessments, CRM, health economics, lead generation, market analysis, product knowledge, sales forecasting/metrics/pipeline/reporting/strategy/training, self-motivation.
