Territory Assignment
- Field-based sales role covering the Oklahoma - Dallas district (Fort Worth, TX; Dallas, TX; Oklahoma City, OK).
- Overnight travel may be required about 25% of the time.

Position Overview
- Primary customer contact within the assigned territory; develop and manage relationships with health care customers including cardiologists and primary care.
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to customer needs and product labeling.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Be knowledgeable on headquarter-approved information regarding approved products, disease, and marketplace.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications (Minimum)
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Use digital tools/platforms to engage health care professionals.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent and team-collaborative; excellent organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro), or willing to relocate at own expense.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background; 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Cardiovascular sales experience with relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
- Experience launching products; can simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools; proactive learning/growth mindset.
