Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights to customers using professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.
Territory/Travel
- Field-based sales role covering Memphis, TN territory; overnight travel may be required ~25%.
Minimum Requirements
- S1: BA/BS (or equivalent) with 0–3 years relevant experience; or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years in sales/marketing/military/healthcare-science (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: BA/BS (or equivalent) with 3+ years sales experience; or high school diploma/equivalent with 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data; develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable with digital tools to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible to changing market/customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent and team-oriented; excellent organization/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Memphis, TN; within 50 miles.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches; simplifying technical information.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and multi-channel tools; proactive learning/agile mindset.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
