Position Overview
- Drive meaningful patient impact as the primary customer contact within the assigned Cincinnati, OH territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with health care customers, engaging physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
- Provide customer insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- S1: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (e.g., sales, marketing, military, healthcare/science roles such as pharmaceuticals/biotech/medical devices).
- S2: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience in related areas).
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Works independently and collaboratively; excellent organizational/time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Cincinnati, OH area; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details.
- Proficient in advanced analytics; comfortable with multi-channel tools/technology.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car.

Compensation (Salary Range)
- S1: $79,200.00–$124,700.00; S2: $106,200.00–$167,200.00
