Position Overview
- Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (field-based sales) covering the Bowling Green, KY territory. Overnight travel may be required ~25%.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company portfolio.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals per product labeling.
- Provide key insights to customers using approved promotional materials and current professional/healthcare environment knowledge.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact.
Qualifications / Required
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0β3 years relevant experience.
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience).
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Reside in Bowling Green, KY area; must live within 50 miles.
Preferred
- Background in sales/account management/consultative roles/customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics; product launches in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex/technical information.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
Compensation / Benefits
- S1 salary: $79,200β$124,700; S2 salary: $106,200β$167,200.
- Sales Incentive Plan and company car.
