Position: Cardiovascular Disease Specialist (field-based sales) β€” Boston, MA territory

Territory/Travel:
- Field-based role covering the Boston, MA territory
- Overnight travel may be required ~25% (varies by territory needs)
- Must reside within 50 miles of Boston, MA

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions per product labeling
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals
- Deliver key customer insights based on professional knowledge and market trends
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools

Minimum Requirements:
- S1: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience
- S2: BA/BS or high school diploma/equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (or 6+ years relevant experience)
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms to engage healthcare professionals
- Flexible/adaptable to changing market and customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Independent and collaborative; strong organization and time management
- Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service background
- Experience analyzing metrics toward goals
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience
- Product launch experience and competitive market success
- Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset

Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated):
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car
- Salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200
