Position Overview
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare customers across the Albuquerque, NM territory (field-based).
- Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.
- Territory travel needs vary; overnight travel may be required ~25% (as discussed in interview).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies, standards, and ethics.
- Maintain current product knowledge and certifications.
- Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions aligned to product labeling.
- Provide customers key insights using approved promotional materials.
- Provide management updates on customer needs, patient outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
- Deliver customer insights based on professional knowledge and market trends.
- Monitor business performance vs. objectives using company tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent:
- S1: 0–3 years relevant experience.
- S2: 3+ years sales experience, or 6+ years relevant experience.
- Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
- Comfortable using digital tools/platforms with healthcare professionals.
- Flexible/adaptable to market and customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent and collaborative; strong organization and time management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reside in Albuquerque, NM area; must live within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
- Experience analyzing metrics toward goals.
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience.
- Experience launching products in competitive markets.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate technical details.
- Proficient with advanced analytics and multi-channel tools.
- Proactive learning and agile growth mindset.

Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan and company car; salary range: S1 $79,200–$124,700; S2 $106,200–$167,200.
