Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales results, work autonomously, and serve as single point of accountability for the successful launch within your territory.
- Develop territory-specific account plans to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities, coordinating an integrated field team (medical, payer, patient navigation/support).
- Be a subject matter expert and resource to customers by delivering clinically relevant disease and product information while creating demand for the product launch.
- Communicate approved resources to HCPs to benefit HCM patients (marketing materials, payer information, formulary coverage, patient support services, educational programs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs Degree is required.
- 5+ yearsโ experience in biotech/pharma sales required.
- Experience as a rep with sole ownership of the territory is highly preferred.
- Cardiology, rare disease, or specialty product experience preferred.
- Specialty product launch experience preferred.
- Experience with patient service hubs and specialty pharmacy distribution preferred.
- Knowledge of KOLs and key accounts within assigned territory preferred.
- Expertise in evaluation of territory market trends and strategic planning required.
- Experience selling to complex accounts and identifying influential stakeholders required.
- Clinical acumen and passion for understanding and championing customer/patient needs required.
- Agree to credentialing requirements for access to academic institutions and medical facilities in territory required.
- Willing and able to overnight travel 25%โ75% required.
- Acceptable driving record and valid driverโs license required.
