The Position: Experienced cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison (MSL), field-based; candidate must be located within one of the territories.

MSLs develop professional relationships with healthcare professionals through scientific engagement to support clinical stage and launch molecules, providing clinical and scientific support.

Responsibilities:
- Engage cardiologists/endocrinologists/healthcare professionals/stakeholders to educate on clinical and scientific evidence aligned with strategy.
- Educate on RNAi technology, hypertriglyceridemia, familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and hypercholesterolemia.
- Synthesize and communicate clinical/scientific insights to internal stakeholders.
- Attend and present at scientific congresses/meetings.
- Respond to unsolicited inquiries per MSL compliance standards.
- Support company-sponsored clinical trials via investigator site engagement.
- Support speaker training and ensure speakers are updated on evolving data.
- Support national/regional/local scientific congresses (including Opinion Leader engagement, session coverage, booth, and debriefs).
- Monitor/analyze scientific publications, clinical trials, and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain clinical/scientific expertise and industry business acumen.
- Act according to company policies; develop territory OL/account plans and execute pre-call/follow-up plans.
- Communicate clearly; document quantitative/qualitative accomplishments.
- Provide scientific support for Med Info inquiries.
- Develop medical education content; support Medical Affairs special projects.

Requirements:
- PhD, PharmD, MD, or DO (required).
- 5 years of MSL experience (required).
- Cardiometabolic therapeutic experience; biotech/pharma Medical Affairs industry experience.
- High verbal/written communication; collaboration in dynamic environments.
- Ability to interpret scientific data; identify unmet local/regional medical/educational/research needs.
- Understanding of healthcare delivery/managed care impact; research study design/execution.
- Strategic, creative results orientation; thrives in ambiguity.
- Strong project/time management and organizational skills; ability to travel.

Pay Range: $190,000–$210,000 USD.

Candidates must have current, valid authorization to work in the country where this role is located.
