Role: Field-based Senior Health & Science Specialist focused on Rare Cardiac products within Pfizer's Rare Disease Sales organization. Objectives: Drive growth through compliant, strategic customer engagement, support appropriate access, and promote Pfizer therapies for rare cardiac conditions. Responsibilities: build relationships with cardiology healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams, deliver approved messaging, identify opportunities, assist with patient access and reimbursement, and collaborate cross-functionally to address needs and remove barriers. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8+ years preferred), minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing, with strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement. Preferred: 3–5 years of cardiology or hospital specialty sales, proven experience engaging key opinion leaders, and digital engagement capabilities. Experience working within complex therapeutic areas, biologics, and reimbursement landscapes is highly valued.
