Calibration Technician (Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am). Training takes place Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm for approximately 6 months; thereafter work hours are Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am. Premium shifts receive incentive pay (shift differential and/or weekend pay).

Responsibilities / Typical day:
- Calibrate instrumentation (temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical instruments)
- Perform loop check, tune, troubleshoot, and start-up of instrumentation
- Work with medium and low voltages
- Perform basic plumbing and tube bending
- Assist Facilities Management-Maintenance (FM-M) and Clean Utility technicians with troubleshooting facilities/process issues
- Complete daily Work Orders (WO) and Preventative Maintenance (PM); coordinate PM/WO workflow and documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with departments and Facilities Management for planned and unplanned work events
- Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Occasionally perform other facility-related tasks outside normal calibration duties
- Plan/schedule outside contractors/vendors for scheduled and/or non-scheduled PM or general work
- Ensure safe, efficient hands-on maintenance of plant manufacturing and support equipment per SOPs, cGMPs, and quality standards
- Participate in compliance investigations as needed
- Full gowning required when entering/working on the production floor
- Participate in rotation on-call schedule

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to work Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am
- Ideal education: AAS degree (Engineering or Construction Technologies related area)

Calibration Technician experience by level:
- II: 2+ years related experience (or HSD/GED + 5+ years)
- III: 5+ years related experience (or HSD/GED + 8+ years)
- IV: 8+ years related experience (or HSD/GED + 8+ years)

Preferred:
- Prior experience maintaining/operating large-scale utilities plant
- ISA CCST Certification (strongly preferred; not required)

Skills:
- Basic problem-solving; ability to learn and follow routine procedures independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in changing environments
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication; effective time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and comfort/familiarity with computer systems
