Role: Calibration & Maintenance Technician II, 2nd Shift, supporting laboratory, manufacturing, and facility equipment in GxP and non-GxP settings within a biopharma environment focused on cancer immunotherapy. Objectives include ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity through calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities encompass equipment calibration (notably pipettes), troubleshooting, supporting equipment commissioning/qualification, and documentation review, with a focus on GMP adherence. Qualifications required include a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience or relevant technical certifications, with a strong background in calibration, instrumentation, or equipment maintenance, preferably in regulated biotech or pharma environments. Preferred skills include experience with GMP/GxP, pipette and BSC calibration, computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., Blue Mountain RAM), and familiarity with cleanroom operations and validation activities. The role reports to the Sr. Asset Lifecycle Manager, is based on-site in Stafford, TX, with a schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The position demands strong technical expertise, documentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain equipment integrity critical for the companyβs innovative cancer therapies targeting PRAME.
