Calibration Engineer

Role: MR Calibration Engineer responsible for calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing GE Healthcare’s MRI systems at customer sites. Objectives: ensure optimal system performance, customer satisfaction, and successful onboarding of new products. Responsibilities: lead calibration activities during installation, maintain and calibrate tools, communicate status to account teams, support service calls and preventative maintenance, and assist/train less experienced engineers. Requirements: Bachelor's or Associate's in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; or 4+ years of electronic equipment service experience; strong customer interface skills; proficiency with web applications and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays. Preferred: soldering skills, experience reading schematics, project management, and problem-solving skills. High-Value: MRI modality, service and calibration in clinical environments, on-site support, US-based work, and extended travel. Work setup: onsite at customer locations, with provided company vehicle, in Fort Wayne IN area, with potential for extended travel.
