Buyer II

Role: Buyer II supporting new product launches by sourcing materials and services in collaboration with R&D, Clinical, and Pilot Operations teams. Responsibilities: identify and evaluate suppliers meeting project and operational needs; manage purchase orders within ERP; develop and maintain supplier relationships including negotiations, supply agreements, and performance monitoring; analyze market trends, supplier capacity, and risks; support quality audits and compliance; collaborate with demand planning on inventory strategies; contribute to continuous supply chain improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 2+ years experience in regulated industry; proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; ability to operate in quality-regulated environments.
