Responsibilities:
- Serve as single point of accountability for Animal Health IT activities supporting Commercial Operations in North America.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and IT counterparts; champion a cohesive Business–IT strategy.
- Manage staff (direct and shared reporting); lead regional Commercial Value team direction, people strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
- Achieve US Commercial business outcomes through value-based investment planning and delivery (“pull through”) of prioritized outcomes.
- Lead solution design/implementation (strategic, aligned, compliant); prioritize portfolio investments (MDM, AI-enabled solutions).
- Manage regional demand/portfolio planning/forecasting and partner with Finance to meet budget commitments.
- Align demand with H-IT platform solutions, architectural directions/standards; drive adoption balancing standardization and local needs.
- Lead adoption/change readiness with business units; facilitate cross-functional delivery.
- Travel up to ~25%.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (preferred).
- 10+ years IT experience across commercial/sales & marketing and supply chain processes/systems.
- Proven partnership with senior leaders (SVP/VP/ED); experience managing account managers/business analysts.
- Translate business strategy/requirements into IT capabilities/services; manage portfolio and finances.
- Agile and software development lifecycle experience; communication and cross-functional skills.
