Role Summary

Business Product Owner within the Enterprise Quality Deployment Office, responsible for the integration and operationalization of digital and emerging technologies in the Q&C organization. Manages and deploys quality and regulatory requirements technology and other digital products, delivering key initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance digital transformation in line with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability and maintenance of the quality and regulatory requirements product by understanding the global regulatory landscape and internal standards and requirements.
  • Own the product end-to-end, maintaining materials and processes to support utilization; support end users and partner with technology teams to ensure system performance and resolve issues.
  • Support the integration of this product and other digital products into Q&C processes, focusing on innovation and digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate the value of the product and other digital products through data analytics, user feedback and insights.
  • Help develop and drive the Enterprise strategy for deploying the product across the Q&C space; understand user needs and change support; participate in SDLC/CSV processes including testing and documentation.
  • Assist in the management of technology projects related to the product, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, prioritization, and risk minimization.
  • Lead internal and/or contracted resources that support the product, including its roadmap and lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a quality or technology role.
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or another technical subject.
  • Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Required: Experience with Quality & Compliance applications and processes; ability to describe the importance of regulations and internal standards.
  • Required: Full computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office).
  • Required: Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes and develop solutions; ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience with Compliance (CSV), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Project Management, and Agile Development Methodology.
  • Preferred: Experience in a Quality or Process-related environment; understanding of global regulatory landscape and internal J&J standards; ability to adopt digital tools (including GenAI) to improve day-to-day work.

Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or another technical subject.
