Position Summary Este rol está orientado a liderar iniciativas de simplificación y mejora continua de procesos, aportando análisis estructurado, documentación, rediseño y soporte a la adopción para transformar procesos transversales clave. Buscamos un/a profesional con mentalidad analÃtica, enfoque práctico, capacidad de facilitación y experiencia contrastada en procesos y metodologÃas Lean, BPM o similar. Será fundamental la habilidad para colaborar con múltiples stakeholders, gestionar prioridades y trabajar en un entorno dinámico, con una clara orientación a resultados. El/la candidato/a se integrará en un equipo con fuerte exposición cross-funcional y alta visibilidad interna, contribuyendo directamente a uno de los objetivos estratégicos globales del año: simplificar y estandarizar procesos en toda la organización. Key Responsibilities El rol ofrecerá la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave incluyendo: Analizar y mapear procesos asâis y diseñar toâbe aplicando BPMN, Lean y metodologÃas de mejora continua, identificando ineficiencias y oportunidades de simplificación. Profundizar en causas raÃz mediante técnicas estructuradas (Process Mapping, SIPOC, Value Stream) y modelar procesos con herramientas digitales. Elaborar business cases ligeros y evaluaciones de impacto (ahorro, complejidad, SLAs) y priorizar iniciativas basadas en datos y KPIs operativos. Transformar datos en insights claros mediante visualizaciones (Power BI u otras) para facilitar la toma de decisiones. Liderar workshops y sesiones colaborativas, impulsando colaboración entre áreas y facilitando la adopción del cambio. Acompañar en la implantación: pilotos, comunicación, formación, gestión de dependencias y documentación (procesos, RACI, criterios operativos). Identificar oportunidades de automatización (RPA, lowâcode, IA generativa), colaborar con equipos tecnológicos y monitorizar KPIs, asegurando gobernanza y mejora continua. Why You? Basic Qualifications Grado universitario (IngenierÃa, ADE, EconomÃa, Ciencias de la Salud o similar). 3â6 años de experiencia en mejora de procesos, consultorÃa interna/externa, excelencia operacional o roles de transformación. Conocimiento práctico de BPMN/Lean/Six Sigma/Agile y gestión de proyectos. Capacidad demostrada para trabajar con múltiples áreas y gestionar prioridades. Habilidades analÃticas avanzadas con Excel y herramientas de visualización de data analytics (Power BI, Tableau,..). Nivel alto de español e inglés (entorno global). Preferred Qualifications Experiencia previa en sector salud/farma o entornos regulados. Experiencia participando en automatizaciones con Power Platform. Conocimiento de metodologÃas Agile (Design Thinking, Lean, Kanban). Capacidad para gestionar workshops y dinámicas colaborativas. Experiencia documentando procesos y definiendo estándares.
