Business Performance Senior Manager, Integration Management
What You Will Do
- Serve as a strategic execution leader within the Results Delivery Office (RDO) Integration Management team, realizing deal value through successful integration execution for M&A related integrations.
- Drive execution, governance, and cross-functional alignment; direct integration workstreams across functions.
- Ensure execution against integration plans, people-centered change management, timely issue resolution, and achievement of integration milestones.
- Partner with senior leaders and integration counterparts to establish governance, manage dependencies, identify/mitigate risks, minimize disruption, and manage change experience.
- Delegate in key integrations forums; prepare executive summaries, decision memos, and briefing materials; support complex cross-functional project implementation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated execution plan, governance framework, milestones, timelines, and reporting.
- Oversee execution across cross-functional workstreams; manage/escalate risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate on implementation planning; facilitate cross-functional workshops/task forces.
- Drive change management (stakeholder engagement, communications, training).
- Analyze/synthesize inputs into transformation mapping, implementation plans, and deliverables.
- Drive integration health reporting (dashboards, KPIs, executive scorecards).
- Escalate risks with mitigation recommendations; ensure alignment with deal objectives and business continuity.
- Present program status/issue recommendations; capture lessons learned and improve the integration playbook.
What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 2 years; OR Master’s + 4 years; OR Bachelor’s + 6 years; OR Associate’s + 10 years; OR High school/GED + 12 years in Scientific and/or Operations and/or Business (Management Consulting).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Biopharma background in strategic problem solving/transformation.
- Experience in M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), product teams, enterprise PMO, or comparable cross-functional execution.
- 3+ years management consulting and/or strategic project management (strategy through execution).
- Strong conceptual problem solving; excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; strong quantitative/qualitative analytics.
