Business Performance Mgr - Operations

Role: Business Performance Manager – Operations, partnering with senior leaders to enhance operational performance and decision-making in a biopharma manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: develop and communicate KPIs, dashboards, and analytics; support business planning, resource allocation, and performance reviews; coordinate cross-functional activities with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance; prepare leadership communications and facilitate organizational alignment; drive process improvements and digital enablement using data analytics tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of performance management experience; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; experience supporting manufacturing or engineering operations in regulated environments preferred. High-value: manufacturing operations, cross-functional collaboration, data analytics, performance metrics, regulated biotech environment, GxP considerations, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Work setup: flexible, with no specified travel; supporting manufacturing and engineering functions.
