Purpose
Business Manager drives sales goals in assigned territory by increasing adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures, growing market share, and developing the structural heart imaging market (identify procedural opportunities, expand ICE into new IC programs, transition from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures). Acts as territory quarterback; indirectly leads a pod (UCASs) and partners with RBDs.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies/strategic sales plans to meet/exceed sales objectives.
- Own territory strategy: account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps and market development.
- Create tactical/operational plans for UCASs, RBDs, and CV team.
- Coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization; maintain alignment and customer service.
- Provide deep product/procedural knowledge and support new product introductions.
- Capture/communicate Voice of Customer insights to internal teams for product/clinical/commercial strategy.
- Coordinate case issue resolution and support customer loyalty; communicate issues/opportunities to management.
- Ensure Health/Safety/Environmental and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor new sales staff; complete administrative/compliance tasks; maintain Safe Fleet protocols.
- Stay current on emerging interventional cardiology/structural heart technology; facilitate customer adoption.

Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; structural heart imaging products/therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, TEER/TTVR, PFO/ASD, cardiac imaging) preferred.
- Documented sales achievements preferred; prior management experience (plus); capital selling (preferred).
- Strong analytical, project management, communication skills; matrix experience; healthcare regulations/compliance knowledge.

Required Working Conditions
- Exempt; flexible scheduling; complete company training; valid driver’s license; computer skills.
- Travel in US up to 80%; field driving/walking; may lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay/Benefits (if applicable)
- Base pay range: $114,000–$175,000; eligible for annual performance bonus.
