Purpose:
- Accountable to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures, growing market share, and meeting key metrics.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as “territory quarterback,” indirectly leading a pod (UCASs) and partnering with RBDs.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Partner with doctors/Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop/execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives.
- Own territory strategy (account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps).
- Create tactical/operational plans and communicate them to pod/RBD team members; coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive utilization.
- Demonstrate product/procedural expertise; provide support on marketplace trends/competitors.
- Capture and communicate “voice of customer” insights to internal teams.
- Communicate business opportunities/issues to next management; resolve case issues with TMs/UCASs/RBDs.
- Ensure Health/Safety/Environmental and regulatory compliance; complete training, expenses, and required administrative tasks.
- Mentor new sales staff; stay current on emerging technology/techniques; facilitate customer adoption of new products.
- Collaborate with EP commercial teams on adoption plans.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; selling/managing cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, M/T TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, cardiac imaging) preferred.
- Documented sales awards/achievements (preferred).
- Prior management experience (plus); capital selling (preferred).
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; matrixed organization experience; healthcare regulations/compliance knowledge.

Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Exempt role; flexible work hours; must complete company training.
- Valid driver’s license, advanced computer skills; multitask without direct oversight.
- Field-based driving/walking; manage multiple projects; travel up to 80%.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
