Business Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Purpose:
- Accountable for achieving sales goals in assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography in structural heart procedures and growing market share and other key metrics.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; acts as territory quarterback and indirectly leads a pod (UCASs), partnering with Regional Business Directors.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations.
- Develop and execute selling strategies/strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives.
- Own territory strategy (account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps).
- Create tactical/operational plans and communicate to UCASs, RBDs, and team.
- Lead/coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization; provide information/support on trends and best practices.
- Capture voice of customer insights for clinical science, medical affairs, marketing, and R&D.
- Communicate business issues/opportunities to next management; partner with TMs/UCASs/RBDs to resolve case issues.
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and regulatory/compliance adherence; complete administrative duties and training.
- Stay current on emerging technology/techniques; facilitate customer adoption of new products/technologies.
- Collaborate with EP commercial teams on adoption plans.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices; preferred experience selling/managing structural heart cardiac imaging and therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, M/T TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, Cardiac Imaging).
- Documented sales awards preferred; prior management experience a plus.
- Capital selling experience preferred; strong analytical/project management/communication skills.
- Relationships with interventional cardiologists; experience in matrix organizations; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.
Physical Working Conditions/Requirements:
- Exempt; flexible schedule.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare/medical device/disease and trends; complete company training.
- Valid driverβs license, advanced computer skills; multitask.
- Field-based driving/walking and use of phone/computer; manage multiple deadlines; travel up to 80%; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

Benefits/Pay:
- Anticipated base pay range: $114,000β$175,000; eligible for annual performance bonus (under company guidelines) and company car via FLEET; employee benefit programs may apply.
