Business Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (Kansas City or St. Louis)

Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and growing market share.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market: identify procedural opportunities, expand ICE adoption into new IC programs, and transition from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; serve as territory “quarterback” and indirectly lead a pod team (UCASs) in partnership with RBDs.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and territory plans (account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps).
- Coordinate UCAS pod activity, provide product/procedural expertise, and share market trends/competitive insights.
- Capture and communicate “voice of customer” to clinical science, medical affairs, marketing, and R&D.
- Ensure compliance with Health/Safety/Environmental practices and applicable regulations; complete administrative/compliance tasks; mentor sales staff.

Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/interventional cardiology medical devices (ICE/structural heart preferred); management experience a plus; capital selling experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; experience in matrixed organizations; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.

Travel/Requirements
- Up to 80% travel; valid driver’s license; field-based driving/walking; multitask; lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
