Business Manager, Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart (Kansas City/St. Louis) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology

Purpose:
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D/4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and increasing market share.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption in IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as territory quarterback and indirectly lead a pod team (UCASs) in partnership with Regional Business Directors (RBDs).
Functional responsibilities:
- Partner with doctors and Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop/execute selling strategies and strategic sales plans; own territory/account prioritization and ICE adoption roadmaps.
- Coordinate UCAS pod activity; provide product/procedural expertise and new product introduction support.
- Capture/communicate โvoice of customerโ insights to internal teams to inform product development and commercial strategy.
- Manage customer groups (hospital systems/IDNs and teaching/community hospitals) and influence clinical/non-clinical stakeholders.
- Ensure personal and subordinate compliance with applicable regulations and company HS&E practices; complete administrative/compliance tasks.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and facilitate customer adoption of new products/techniques; collaborate with EP commercial teams.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical devices (selling/supporting/managing ICE and structural heart products preferred).
- Strong relationships with interventional cardiologists; analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in a matrixed organization; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.
