Purpose
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory by driving adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) in structural heart procedures and increasing market share.
- Develop the structural heart imaging market by identifying new procedural opportunities, expanding ICE adoption into IC programs, and transitioning from TEE-dependent workflows to ICE-guided procedures.
- Build relationships with physicians, hospital/Cath lab staff, and key opinion leaders; act as territory quarterback and indirectly lead a pod (UCASs) in partnership with RBDs.

Functional Responsibilities
- Partner with doctors/Cath lab administrators for equipment evaluations and timely issue resolution.
- Develop and execute selling strategies and territory plans (account prioritization, procedural targeting, ICE adoption roadmaps).
- Create tactical plans and coordinate UCAS pod activity to drive product utilization.
- Provide product/procedural expertise; share best practices and competitive/trend insights.
- Capture and communicate Voice of Customer to clinical science/medical affairs/marketing/R&D.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental practices and federal/state/local/company regulations.

Qualifications
- BA/BS + 7+ years professional experience.
- 5+ years cardiovascular/vascular/interventional cardiology medical device sales; preferred: cardiac imaging structural heart products/therapies (ICE, TAVI, LAAO, TEER, TTVR, PFO, ASD, cardiac imaging).
- Preferred: documented sales awards; prior management experience; capital selling experience; strong analytical/project management/communication; matrix organization experience; knowledge of healthcare regulations/compliance.

Requirements
- Exempt; flexible schedule; complete company training; valid driver’s license; field driving/walking/phone/computer.
- Travel up to 80%; may lift up to 30 lbs.
