Business Lead, AI-native Target Identification & Validation (TIDVAL)

Role: Business Lead for Takeda's AI-native Target Identification & Validation (TIDVAL) product family, responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision of AI-enabled target discovery tools. Responsibilities: own the portfolio as a business owner, align product development with scientific and business goals, drive adoption, set KPIs, and collaborate closely with scientific, digital, and technology teams to translate AI, multi-omic, and genetic data insights into target hypotheses. Requirements: Ph.D. in human genetics, computational biology, or related field; 8+ years in pharma/biotech R&D; experience managing end-to-end platform or capability portfolios; strong target biology and validation expertise; technical fluency in AI/ML, computational data, and digital tools; proven leadership across discovery and digital teams.
